Requirements and skills

  1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  2. Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and also VoIP
  3. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  4. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  5. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  6. Excellent time management skills
  7. Solid organizational skills also
  8. High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
