Job Overview

We are looking for someone to do administrative tasks and assist with running our firm. You will be in charge of organizing travel plans, scheduling and attending meetings, and managing calendars as a virtual assistant. You will also be expected to perform numerous administrative duties, do internet research, produce and disseminate reports, and manage our company website.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  2. Mastery of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  3. Understanding of public relations, marketing, and advertising
  4. Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  5. Outstanding organizational abilities

  7. Knowledge of cloud-based tools like Skype, Google Docs, and other remote team communications services
  8. Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  9. Capable of data entry
  10. Working in a fast-paced atmosphere
