After your event, we have a cleaning crew come in, but you must remove all of your personal things and have all of your vendors clean up before we bring our cleaning crew in. If extra cleaning or trash collection is required, additional fees may apply.
We will gladly reserve a time for you. We demand 50% of the deposit to hold a date, which will be added to the total cost of your event. The date will be held for up to two weeks. If someone else wants your same date, you will have first refusal.
